To provide a structured and compliant financial management service to the Project to optimise financial performance and drive effective management decision making. This will involve Strategic Planning, Management Reporting, Financing and General Accounting.

• Degree - Bachelors with a technical specialism in business or finance
• Relevant professional accreditations (ACCA, CPA, CMA, CIMA)
• 5+ years experience of financial management in corporate, blue chip environments
• Proven ability to set and execute strategy to provide a high quality financial management service.
• Understanding of premium real estate projects
• International experience with knowledge of global trends and laws related to Financial Management
• Able to lead, inspire and manage teams
• Fluent English Speaker - with Arabic and or French preferred.
