You will partner with the Developers and Marketing & Sales teams to envision and lead the execution of the Marketing plan for your project.

You will maximize demand and revenue generation for the different products within the project achieving or exceeding the targets agreed in the plan.

• Degree - Bachelors with a technical specialism in business or marketing
• Relevant professional accreditations
• 5+ years experience of Marketing in corporate environments
• Successful history of setting and executing phased Sales Strategies
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding goals and targets
• Worked on large mixed use developments and premium real estate projects.
• International experience with knowledge of global trends and laws related to the real estate industry
• Able to lead, inspire and manage teams
• Fluent English Speaker - with Arabic and or French preferred
