You will partner with the Developers and Marketing & Sales teams to envision and lead the execution of the Sales plan for your project.

You will maximize demand and revenue generation for the different products within the project achieving or exceeding the targets agreed in the plan.

• Degree - Bachelors with a technical specialism in business.
• Relevant professional accreditations
• 5+ years experience of Sales in corporate environments
• Successful history of setting and executing phased Sales Strategies
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding goals and targets
• Worked on large mixed use developments and premium real estate projects.
• International experience with knowledge of global trends and laws related to the real estate industry
• Able to lead, inspire and manage teams
• Solid experience in the sales and leasing processes, negotiation and closing techniques
• Fluent English Speaker - with Arabic and or French preferred
