You will partner with the Developers and own the creation and management of the financial models and the business plans, both for the star up of new projects and the iterative analysis through the project lifecycle.

• Degree - Bachelors with a technical specialism in business, mathematics or finance.
• 3+ years experience of financial analysis - research, financial modeling, project scheduling & risk management.
• Experience of working in Real Estate, Consulting or Investment Banking environments
• Financial Acuity, able to read, analyze, and interpret complex financial reports
• Fluent English Speaker - with Arabic and or French preferred
